Following the sold-out season of The Truffle Degustation, Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni has announced the next indulgent culinary adventure at the award-winning restaurant – The Caviar Degustation.
Available for a strictly limited season, The Caviar Degustation features nine delectable courses designed to celebrate and showcase caviar. Massimo has sourced caviar from all over the world and will also feature some of our country’s own top sourced fare. For those true flavour chasers, The Caviar Degustation can also be either wine matched, or paired with continuous Ruinart ‘R D Ruinart Champagne. The menu features delights such as scampi, oyster, snapper and ravioli to name a few, each carefully paired with a hand-picked caviar to complement the flavours perfectly.
