Super Conductor and the Big Game Orchestra is an interactive video game with a live orchestra providing the music and sound effects.

Guest conductors from the audience are invited on stage to use controllers and navigate the game while the Orchestra responds in real time to changes on screen. DeepBlue is a unique rulebreaking ‘orchestra’ from Brisbane. They have enjoyed a long relationship with Creative Industries (QUT are their Education Partner). Under the producership of Emeritus Prof. Andy Arthurs they have toured Australia, Asia, China, India and the USA. Associate Professor Michael Whelan and Yanto Browning from QUT’s music staff are joined by DeepBlue, a team of creative mentors and a group of young people on the autism spectrum to create and perform this exciting new work.

Super Conductor is presented by Queensland Music Festival, Brisbane City Council and QUT Creative Industries.
