With summer here and the holidays upon us, what could be better than dinner and a movie under the stars?
Brisbane’s new open-air local, Sunset Cinema, is set to launch with an amazing line-up on Thursday February 28. Outdoor movies may be one thing but watching them in the magical surrounds of the tropical Botanic Gardens is an experience like no other. The natural amphitheatre provides the perfect backdrop to watch the stars under the stars.
The screenings will mix up Oscar favourites for quality film lovers – blockbuster sci-fi and comedy, golden oldies for the nostalgics and family films to give the kids a memorable summer outing.
The full program, available to view here, includes titles such as A Star Is Born, What Men Want, Green Book, Crazy Rich Asians and old classics including Top Gun, Dirty Dancing, Back To The Future and more.
Bring your blankets, picnics and beanbags or grab a Lawn Lounge ticket to have it all laid on for you with reserved bean loungers, buttery Cobs popcorn and a MadFish wine or 4 Pines Craft beer. There’s also mid-week deals for two and group specials available.
Tickets are on sale now for Sunset Cinema and are available to purchase here. For further information visit Sunset Cinema.
