Roll out your favourite rug and soak up the spectacular leafy surrounds, while you snack on takeaway treats from one of West Villages’ top-notch nosh spots, and listen to live tunes from an array of local musicians at the Sundowner Sessions. On Saturday November 4 enjoy soul sounds with RnB flavours, then on Sunday November 5 settle in for an afternoon of 90s anthems. 2000s throwbacks will be the theme of the following weekend, followed by iconic female anthems on Sunday November 19, country classics on Saturday November 25 and feel-good folk on Sunday November 26. When it comes to the food and drink, we suggest starting at  Kürtősh or Picnic Cafe to grab a coffee, then find your spot in The Common to settle in for the afternoon. Once you’re comfortable, create your own smorgasbord of sumptuous eats from Betty’s Burgers, Cheeky Poke Bar, Yamas Food & Drink, Italian Street Kitchen Beirut Bazaar, Ichiban Sushi, IPPIN Japanese Dining, Kürtősh, nodo, Picnic Cafe and Anita Gelato. Whether you feel like a poke bowl from Cheeky Poke, the tastes of a Betty’s Burger, a pizza or pasta (or both) from Italian Street Kitchen, or a Greek feast from Yamas Greek & Drink – there is a palate pleaser for every foodie. Bring along the little ones as there will be free face painting outside the Village Hut.
