The team at South Brisbane’s Lina Rooftop is merging its popular Pasión Sundays event with an all-inclusive, sit-down brunch boasting a two-course set menu, unlimited peach bellinis, premium sprits and slushie cocktails. Happening every Sunday between 1:00–3:00 pm, this luxe weekend feast will include the likes of grilled king prawns, sashimi, popcorn chicken, pulled-pork sliders, caramelised cauliflower arancini, and chorizo and seafood paella.
