Summer Festival at the State Library

Join the fun at State Library these school holidays and discover a jam-packed schedule of adventure at Summer Festival. Make, write, sing, dance, create and explore – with activities for children of all ages, there will be something new and exciting for your family to discover.

Under eights will enjoy singing and dancing, joining a special storytelling session or helping to build large-scale cardboard and building block worlds. Older children can build robot racers, join a scavenger hunt, take a Manga illustration class or join a writing workshop for budding young authors.

Teenangers can join a facilitated Dungeons and Dragons workshop or get hands-on with high-tech equipment at The Edge, including the laser cutter and 3D printer, and make personalised objects to take home.
