Pouring delicious drinks every Thursday at Brisbane Quarter, the pop-up bar will be manned by the master mixologists from W Brisbane. There will be two fabulous flavours to choose from – a Malfy Gin and Tea cocktail with a choice of Malfy Gin (limone, grapefruit or arancia) and TBAR Iced Tea (apple oolong, Japanese cherry or hibiscus flower) for $16 or a Glenlivet Spring Breeze with Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve Whisky, fresh apple juice, ginger candy and mint for $18. You’ll find this floral-adorned sipping spot on Podium Level One of Brisbane Quarter, which will be transformed into a lush spring garden courtesy of a giant cherry blossom tree, cane lawn furniture and an unmissable romantic floral archway in vibrant pinks, reds, lavender and white (perfect for getting a snap with your cocktail of choice).

It’s not just the pop-up bar that’s bringing the spring vibes – an array of Brisbane Quarter’s beloved restaurants will be offering special seasonal dishes to help put a spring in your step. You can twist your fork through spaghetti with WA lobster, tomatoes, chilli, garlic and lemon at Persone or rally your mates to lap up Phat Boy’s absolutely massive kung tung, a shared spread full of seafood favourites adorning the whole table. Tenya will be serving soft-shell crab sushi rolls, Phoenix is dishing up decadent roast pork belly, and Three Blue Ducks will be making smoked beetroot with radicchio and orange.
