Hosted by Group Sommelier Peter Marchant and Group Executive Chef Cameron Matthews, the final chapter of Chefs in the City 2017 will be an event like never before. This year the final chapter will see our guests immersed in the warm country embrace of Spicers Hidden Vale, enjoying the very best dishes of the Spicers year under a magnificent blanket of stars.
With a seven course degustation – each Head Chef serving their best dish of 2017 – and matched wines on the menu, this event is sure to be a highlight of the Australian food calendar.
