It’s Slipstream Brewing’s fourth anniversary and to celebrate they are throwing the ultimate party with two beer-fuelled events at the newly opened Yeerongpilly brewery as well as release of the much-anticipated annual anniversary brew.

Kicking off the festivities on Thursday June 3 is a six-course dinner matched with limited-release Slipstream Brewing beers, inspired by founders Elisa and Deale Stanley-Hunt’s travels to the USA and how Slipstream was born.

Hosted by Slipstream Brewing’s Head Brewer Ian Watson, the dinner will feature delicious American inspired dishes including a mouth-watering take on a classic Reuben featuring smoked pastrami from Slipstream’s very own barbecue smoker, each paired with a limited edition beer (including one available only to attendees on the night).

The celebrations will come to a close on Saturday June 5, with a fun-filled family-friendly laneway party containing an outdoor bar, pig on a spit, Low & Slow BBQ specials, jumping castle and face painting.
