City Winery Brisbane is a working micro-winery sourcing grapes from across Australia’s key growing regions, bringing them to the city where Winemaker Dave Cush creates a delicious variety of wines. Not only can you enjoy a glass of beautifully made wine, but also enjoy some delicious food by Chef Travis Crane. Locally Sourced from Farm to Plate, with the kitchen focus on cooking over Ironbark spread along a 4m fire-pit, nearly all dishes our customers enjoy has touched the fire in one way or another.
