Shaw + Smith Wine Dinner
We invite you to dine with us on July 29, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of shiraz wines from both Shaw + Smith, and The Other Wine Co as well as dining on a four course bespoke menu, carefully created by our Executive Chef.
Hosted by the one and only Penny Grant, who’s knowledge of the region has no limits, she will walk you through the process of how each wine is created, and what to expect when indulging in this one of a kind dining experience. An expertly tailored, four course menu will also complement each hand-picked wine, showcasing local seasonal produce, including Queensland Longreach organic lamb.
