Seasonal Pickling Workshop

An invaluable tool to add to your cooking repertoire if you’re seeking sustainability in your lifestyle. Not to mention pickles are delicious!
In this workshop we will teach you an incredibly versatile basic pickling recipe and which local, seasonal produce is best for pickling, year round. You can take this recipe and alter according to your tastes to make more pickles at home. A little jar of delicious, brightly coloured seasonal veg makes a perfect addition to your dinner table, snack plates, or even a homemade gift!
