Every year, the Samford community comes out in droves to celebrate the annual Samford show. Residents are encouraged to get involved in the show through holding stalls and exhibits, entering competitions and sponsoring the different events.

In 2018 the feature attraction will be the amazing Dinkum Dinosaurs and the Big Top Circus. The Samford Show will also feature pig races, a pet parade, the famous Samford dog jump, demonstrations from the Australian Horse Academy, reptile displays, blacksmith showcases, baby animals and sheep shearing, wood chopping competitions, numerous arts and craft stalls, and a fireworks display.
