Salt Meats Cheese x La Macelleria at Laneway WV
Walk Rome’s cobblestone paths and experience a taste of Italia without ever leaving home in Brisbane’s newest laneway – Laneway WV! From Tuesday July 3 until the end of September, a little piece of Italy is popping-up in West End with West Village welcoming foodie favourites Salt Meats Cheese and La Macelleria to lush Laneway WV. Excited? You should be!
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Laneway WV’s Salt Meats Cheese pop-up will offer a selection of vegan pizzas including wood-fired creations with beetroot and spinach bases. In addition, Salt Meat Cheese will also offer their infamous cheese wheel pasta, and menu items such as bruschetta with feta for breakfast, and crispy slices of porchetta for Sunday roast dinner. Adding to the excitement will be popular dessert makers La Macelleria, offering up delicious scoops of handmade gelato.
