Saké Grace Wine Dinner


Saké Restaurant & Bar will host one of Japan’s most celebrated winemakers, Ayana Misawa from The Grace Winery, who will share her story over an intimate dinner on Thursday March 3.

Founded in 1923, The Grace Winery is a family run business headed by Misawa, the fourth generation of Japan’s Koshu pioneer, Shigekazu Misawa.

Saké Eagle Street Pier’s Head Chef Daisuke Sakai will prepare a six-course dinner which will be paired with nine wines and a glass of sake. Guests will hear the story of Misawa’s career and the stunning region in which the wine is made.
