Get your walking shoes on to help fight animal cruelty on Sunday May 17 at the RSPCA Million Paws Walk. Head along to the South Bank Cultural Forecourt at 8:30 am to register, before walking the 3.5 km scenic route from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. All breeds, ages and sizes of dogs are welcome (as long as they’re fully vaccinated, friendly and well socialised) and even if you don’t own a dog, you’re still invited to join the 20,000 other good souls who will be walking to show their support for animals in need. Enjoy live entertainment, stalls, food, competitions and giveaways, with all money raised helping to provide essential care, veterinary treatment, food and shelter for the 15,000 dogs that RSPCA Queensland cares for each year.
