Giddy up and get down – celebrate Riverfire at Pony Dining with some of the best seats in town, fine food and flowing drinks to keep the good times rolling. Guests will be able to snack and savour a carefully crafted canape menu, washed down with libations from an all-inclusive drinks package for just $149 per person. Think sugar-cured wagyu, lamb croquettes, king oyster mushroom skewers and parsnip from the coals – you can drool over the entire canape menu here if you need more convincing. Doors open at 5:30 pm for a 6:00 pm event start, so you can prepare yourself for an evening of glitz, glamour and ultimate party vibes (not to mention the most stunning fireworks display of the year). 

Don’t feel like taking advantage of the party package? A la carte dining is available and can be booked online or over the phone. The seating times available for Riverfire a la carte dining are 5:30 pm for two hours and 8:15 pm onward for the remainder of the evening – pick your poison!
