Robot Productions and the Redland City Council present the inaugural Redlands Rockabilly Revival, which is set to roll into the Cleveland Showgrounds on Sunday March 13. The Rockabilly Revival will buzzing with cool hot rods, live bands and DJs, market stalls, custom art displays, pinup parades, kids rides, delicious food and much more for all people to enjoy.

Headlining the Rockabilly Revival will be The Bellfuries from Austin Texas who will be presenting their sensational new release “Workingman’s Bellfuries”. The Bellfuries are one of most important and highly revered rockabilly bands in the world today. Their songs combine heartfelt lyrics and virtuosic vocals with bright and catchy melodies, with nods to both Hank Williams and The Beatles.

Australian bands playing on the day will be Rusty Pinto with Shotdown from Sugartown, Lovejoy Surf, A Band Called Twang, The ERT Trio and DJ Leapin’ Lawrie. Read more about the Bands on the What’s On page.

The Rockabilly Revival will feature a spectacular Pinup Parade, where entrants can show off their finest pinup outfits and go in the running for sensational prizes.

Kustom artists will also be featured in a special display at the Rockabilly Revival, where local artists can display their paintings, pinstriping, photography, tiki carving, sculpture and more.
