After the success of their first Red Fish Blue Fish dinner with former Gerard’s head chef Ben Williamson, the One Fish Two Fish team is thrilled to announce the second edition of the collaboration … this time featuring Philip Johnson!

On Wednesday June 26, the icon of Australian cooking will combine his modern Australian style with One Fish Two Fish’s head chef Daniel Miletic to plate up a coastal European experience blending flavours from the French Riviera to the Amalfi Coast.

Having owned and operated Brisbane stalwart e’cco bistro since 1995, and released six popular cookbooks exemplifying modern Australian cooking, Philip Johnson’s Red Fish Blue Fish dinner is guaranteed to be an unmissable one-off dining experience for seafood lovers.

For $75, Red Fish Blue Fish diners will be welcomed with a pink peach spritz before diving in to a three-course shared feast including local spanner crab linguine, razor prawn ravioli, braised blue-eye trevalla, and a decadent banana tart with rum and raisin ice cream to finish. Paired beverages are available for an additional $45, and will feature a mix of bottomless Australian and French wines.

Just 60 tickets are available to the Philip Johnson edition of Red Fish Blue Fish, available now from $75 on the One Fish Two Fish website.
