Sum Yung Guys are bringing its punchy Asian flavours to town for the fourth instalment of One Fish Two Fish’s Red Fish Blue Fish collaboration series on Saturday February 22.
Swimming into Kangaroo Point for an exclusive one-day banquet-style feast for the Red Fish Blue Fish series which has previously hosted Ben Williamson of 22 Agnes, Phillip Johnson from e’cco Bistro and fellow Masterchef alum Georgia Barnes.
Sip on a Sum Yung Guys crafted cocktail before devouring signature eats like king prawn toast with sesame gochu mayo, yellowtail kingfish ceviche spring rolls and Thai green curry with spanner crab.
