Queensland’s Natural Wonders Photography Awards Night


As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, the Queensland Conservation Council is hosting this special photography awards night, showcasing Queensland’s stunning natural wonders and talented nature photographers.

Entries into the competition are awarded in the following categories:

– Land and Seascapes;

– Native Plants and Wildlife;

– People in Nature;

– A ‘Junior Wonders Award’ for the best photo by under 18’s in any category.

The winners of the Awards will be announced on the night and quality prints of the winning photographs in each category will be up for auction.

Queensland’s most well-known nature photographer Steve Parish will present the awards and speak about the powerful role of photography in nature conservation.

Ticket price includes a welcome drink and finger food, with a cash bar available on the night.

So join us for a fun-filled evening mingling with nature lovers, nature photographers, and other special guests at this spectacular Awards Night celebrating Queensland’s natural wonders.

Funds raised on the night will go towards QCC’s mission to protect the environment, wildlife and landscapes, conserve our precious natural resources and make Queensland communities more sustainable.
