Puppy Adoption & Yoga Fundraising Day
myDrishti Yoga Studio is celebrating its grand re-opening this Sunday with an exceptional combo – yoga and puppies! Lift your spirits with a morning of yoga, meditation, music and breath work – with canine companions at your side.
The studio has teamed up with SMART Animal Sanctuary & Rehoming Centre to not only provide your downward dog pals – the new furry friends at attend will also be available for adoption.
The fun-filled day of festivities will feature a series of classes that are open for donation, with 100 per cent of the funds donated to SMART.
8:30–9:00 am – Infant Massage and Nurturing touch with Vera.
10:00 am to 12 noon – Meditate to Elevate Kirtan with Candace
1:00–2:00 pm – DOGA – Puppy Yoga and Adoption – $40 donation – Caroline and SMART Rescue
Note: If yoga’s not your thing but you’d still like to adopt, the pups will be there from 1:00–4:00 pm so pop in anytime to meet your new best friend!
6:00–7:00 pm – Full Snow Moon, Yin & Sound Healing with live music – Caroline and Becca
