On Friday June 7 embark on a culinary journey with Brisbane Food & Wine Tours host, Karen Inglis and savour some delicious moments complete with picturesque views across the Brisbane River to South Bank and beyond.  

You’ll start your expedition in Asia, when the skilful chefs at Brisbane Phoenix master the perfect colour, aroma and taste of classic Chinese dishes. Enjoy two-courses of their sensational Peking Duck, paired with a glass of wine or beer. 

Next, to Japan with an authentic culinary experience like no other at Tenya. Be transported by the unique flavours of delicate sashimi moriawase, crispy tempura prawns and chicken yakitori along with a vial of sake to complement the fresh flavours. 

Head to Thailand with Phat Boy and feast on its famous Kung Tung mildly spiced seafood spread directly onto the table. Devour delicious slow cooked beef and sweet potato massaman curry with a glass of wine, beer or bubbles. 

The final stop on your journey will be an escape to Italy at the award-winning restaurant Persone. Sit back and dream of Italy as you revel in a crafted cocktail and 5-star seasonal dessert. Now that’s Amore! 

The Brisbane Quarter Progressive Dinner is priced at $189 per person and includes all meals and drinks at each of the four venues.
