December is almost here. With the holiday season upon us, we can easily end up overindulging with our calorie consumption and waistline increasing as well as our alcohol intake. On average, we put on 0.5-1kg over the Christmas period, which can be particularly hard to lose. Kiah will be discussing all things plant-based nutrition to get you ready for the holiday season and maintaining healthy eating habits throughout it.
