Park the Truck returns to Roma Street Parkland on Friday 27 November for a night of great food and music. With the likes of Boiling Pot Food, ChipTease, Dippin’ Dots, How We Rolls, Juicy Jungle, Pizzantica, The Bone Lorry, Vira Lata, and Yummi Fruit Ice Creamery on board and the musical sounds of well-known local Brisbane band The View From Madeleine’s Couch – this will be a feast of food and great music. And, as an added extra and for boys and their toys – a night time regatta of model boats will be taking place on The Lake. Park the Truck starts at 5:00 pm on Celebration Lawn until 8:00 pm (or when the food runs out) and entry is free.
