Introducing the OTTO Wine Dinner Series to Brisbane this winter – a celebration of Italian food and Australian wine from some of the country’s most compelling producers. Join us at OTTO as we gather along the table for a hearty Italian feast with matched wines from our guest winemakers.

Brash Higgins from McLaren Vale will be featured on Thursday May 18, Unico Zelo and Applewood Distillery from Adelaide Hills will be featured on Thursday June 1, Paradigm Hill from the Mornington Peninsula will be featured on Wednesday July 26, and Pizzini from King Valley will round out the series on Wednesday August 23.

Each dinner will feature a four-course menu with matched wines from the guest winemaker, creating a delightful and distinguished atmosphere perfect fora . winter’s evening out.
