Brisbane’s cabaret darling goes rock’n’roll for one night only! Jessica Papst brings you the songs and stories of iconic rockers taken before their time.

Fresh from Adelaide Fringe Festival, Only the Good Die Young features Queensland’s winner of the International Cabaret Contest, Jessica Papst, and a knock-out three-piece band ready to tackle RnB, blues, funk and rock.

Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Mama Cass and Kurt Cobain were all wildly talented and taken before their time. Hear their stories, and others, as Papst interprets their songs and celebrates their creative, complicated, rebellious and undeniably powerful stories.

Only the Good Die Young is on show as part of the Queensland Cabaret Festival.
