Bacchus Restaurant’s food lovers nirvana – The One Night Only Series – has two more culinary events remaining. These events will help shine the light on Australian produce, while raising funds for Rural Aid and those affected by the devastating drought and fires. The line-up of talented chefs includes Japanese flavour specialist Adam Lane and Western Australian flavour-maker and leader of the current WA Restaurant of the Year, Nic Wood. Diners will be able to snack and sip on delicious canapes and drinks on arrival, chat everything food-related at a special Q&A session with the chefs and for the main affair, tuck into a mouth-watering degustation menu. Plus, you’ll be wining and dining for a good cause – tickets are $199 per person, with $100 from every ticket sold going directly to Rural Aid.

Bacchus head chef Massimo Speroni will be joined by Adam Lane, executive chef at Yamagen at QT Gold Coast, on Wednesday March 11 when the two will celebrate Japanese cuisine and Wednesday April 1 will see chef Nic Wood from QT Perth’s Santini Bar & Grill join Massimo to explore flavours and ingredients from Western Australia.
