In 2005 Impress Printmakers Studio Brisbane Inc produced an exhibition of fine art prints by 33 prominent and emerging Queensland artists celebrating the 100th anniversary for women’s right to vote and the 40th anniversary for indigenous people’s right to vote in Queensland. 2016 is the Year of Print and we’re featuring a selection of this set of prints which was gifted to Moreton Bay Regional Council Art Collection by printmaker/artist Ellie Neilsen.
