Umbrella Entertainment and New Farm Cinemas is pleased to present a special event on Wednesday March 26 from 6:00 pm, offering guests the opportunity to sample food from some of Brisbane’s best restaurant, before sitting down to watch foodie documentary, NOMA: My Perfect Storm.

NOMA: My Perfect Storm is a feature-length documentary that follows NOMA head chef Rene Redzepi’s journey from ugly duckling to a man, and a restaurant that went ‘from zeros to heroes’, and reign supreme over the realm of the gourmet cuisine universe.

Rene‘s journey is documented through the challenges to the triumphs as he fights his way back from underdog to the top, reinventing NOMA and reclaiming the title of best restaurant in the world in 2014 for the fourth time.

Perfectly timed to co-incide with the legendary chef’s visit to Australia for the pop-up NOMA restaurant at Sydney’s Barangaroo, NOMA: My Perfect Storm.  is sure to inspire, and will whet the appetite of food lovers everywhere.
