Using mostly body strength, we have some fun training activities to test your Ninja skills and challenge your strength. Improving your agility, grip strength and upper body power to move like a Ninja. This fun program will have you jumping, hanging and lifting your own body weight to get through the session.
This is a Chillout event suitable for young people 8-14 years.
