Ninja warrior training
Bookings essential. Calling all Ninja Warriors. This training program will have you moving like a Ninja in no time. Using mostly body strength, we have some fun training activities & games to test your Ninja skills and challenge your strength. Improving your agility, grip strength and upper body power to move like a Ninja. This fun program will have you jumping, hanging and lifting your own body weight to get through the session. Suitable for all fitness levels.
This is a Chillout event suitable for young people aged 8-14 years.
