Brisbane Night Noodle Markets

After a a two-year hiatus, beloved fixture of the foodie calendar Brisbane Night Noodle Markets presented by Citi is set to return this June. This year the markets will sprawl out at a new location at the City Botanic Gardens, bringing together a host of delicious eats from Wednesday June 15 to Sunday June 26. Much like previous years, the markets will offer a mouth-watering mixture of multicultural flavours, with the hawker-style wonderland offering tantalising tastes of pan-Asian fare from local and national stallholders.

This year’s collection of vendors will feature a mixture of local and interstate identities – some of which will be familiar to those that make a visit to the market a yearly must. Expect to see Hoy Pinoy, Flying Noodles, May’s Malaysian Hawker, WonderbaoGelato Messina and Twistto this year, as well as more stalls that are soon to be announced. Impatient foodies will be psyched to hear that the festival has partnered with Mr Yum to add QR ordering and payment, with SMS alerts allowing punters to skip the line once their order is ready. In addition to the sizzling, spicy and smoky morsels, this year’s market will also feature a beer garden from Gage Roads, an Aperol Spritz Kombi Bar, and Dan Murphy’s Zero% Bar which will specialise in super-refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails. Rounding out the offering will be live entertainment and lion dancers, plus a ‘pets-welcome policy’ means your furry friend can come along.
