To get a taste of the Mediterranean, head to Byblos Bar and count down until midnight with a five-hour tipples and tapas package that’s sure to get the party started. You can wet your whistle with a huge selection of Chandon, spirits, cocktails, wine and beer, whilst you graze on delicious canapes and a food station featuring all of the Byblos favourites. For those who plan to dance into the new year, there will even be a DJ on the decks spinning your favourite tunes.
