Gusto da Gianni
When it comes to feasting, Italians do it best! Gusto da Gianni has curated an all-star selection of their finest traditional dishes for your party to taste. This four-course feast features Coffin Bay oysters to start, slow-cooked duck on a bed of stamed pak coi and fresh blackberry sauce to fill your belly and homemade Amalfi lemon tart served with creme fraiche and burnt sesame meringue for dessert. Celebrate the New Year with lavish Byblos hospitality. The riverside restaurant is offering a five-hour premium beverage package including Chandon, spirits, cocktails, wine and beer! Kicking off at 8:00pm, this fun-filled night is set to get you in the festive mood with a private DJ and spectacular river views. Belvedere Bar n Grill
With a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and fresh oysters by the river, we’re off to a good start! The New Year’s Eve set menu at Belvedere Bar n Grill includes three divine courses from Head Chef Joseph Martin. Within an ear’s reach to live music on the wharf, enjoy delicacies such as pan-fried duck breast, beef wellington and chocolate cheesecake. @Mr & Mrs Jones
Buckle in for a wild tastebud journey at @Mr & Mrs Jones this New Year’s Eve and enjoy a five-course dinner by Chef Matt Casey! You’ll kick off this enchanting evening of eats with a glass of crisp French champagne before you dig in to a merry meal of smoked duck rillettes with charred peach, roast lamb with sweet potato pureee and bourbon butterscotch beignets, whilst you listen to live tunes all evening. Those who want a more casual New Year’s can treat their tastebuds to a-la-carte Japanese bites from Sono, or grab some mouth-watering eats from Aamaya, Bamboo Basket, Burrito Bar and Ginga. Movie buffs can sit back, relax and enjoy some popcorn (and a free glass of sparkling) at a special screening of Blackbird at Dendy Cinemas Portside on December 31. Adding to the entertainment roster will be four-piece band Midnight Groove, that are set to perform all of your favourite party tunes from 7:30 pm – so you can sing the night, nay year, away.
