Dine BNE City: Naga Thai Chef Table Degustation
If bold flavours and zesty Asian-inspired delights are your idea of a good Thaim (get it?), then the Naga Thai Chef Table Degustation is bound to get you excited. Hosted on Wednesday May 18 as part of Dine BNE City, head chef Suwisa Phoonsang is preparing an exclusive eight-course degustation at Naga Thai’s colourfully curious digs on the banks of the Brisbane River.
Suwisa is known for her big, bold and balanced flavours that take your taste buds on a journey from 0 to 100 with every bite. By purchasing a ticket, you can prepare for eight courses of sensory delight, with dishes full of spice, freshness, heat, herbs and quality Australian produce. While we don’t want to give too much away, rumour has it the degustation menu will feature treats like house-made crispy fish crackers with watermelon, finger lime and chilli oil, oven-baked rainbow trout, crispy tea-smoked salmon and baked taro and coconut cheesecake.
Wipe away that drool and reserve your table now. We are certain tickets won’t last long for this irresistibly spicy soiree.
