So you can cosy up with some stellar sips and snacks, Motorwagen’s head chef Callum Rogers is pairing up with the restaurant’s top-tier suppliers to bring you a select series of culinary bites – spotlighting the best in the business who focus on premium, under-utilised or under-appreciated food produce.

Join the Motorwagen team on Friday July 23 on the terrace for live cooking, live tunes, plenty of mouth-watering eats, delicious cocktails, craft beers and fine wines. Graze on tantalising picks like cassava with Fraser Island spanner crab and Uma’s hand picked blue scampi caviar and Dallendale Native herb torrinup cheese with Bee One Third honeycomb and Buck’s farm lemon aspens. Continue to whet your apetite with Chris Bolton’s coral trout with house buttermilk dressing and tropic crunch, LP’s pig-head sausage on a brioche slider with house maple bacon and agro dolce fennel, MT Zero chickpea miso falafel with spiked babaganoush and chilli lemongrass jam, and Hunted and Gathered chocolate and winter orange brownie bites.

You’ll even get the chance to chat with Motorwagen’s suppliers and producers and get some inspiration on how the same ingredients can be used at home. You’ll be whipping up a storm in the kitchen in no time.
