The Mother’s Day menu includes chili citrus cured scallop ceviche, crispy fried squid, parmesan with grilled lime, sriracha and young ginger mayonnaise, Vietnamese chicken coleslaw, green chilli nahm jim, cashews, sprouts, horse radish cream with sesame rice crackers, grass-fed sirloin with mustard spinach salad and crying tiger dipping sauce (served medium rare), roast free-range pork belly with carrot puree and spiced honey glaze and flourless chocolate cake with burnt caramel ice cream.
