Moda Events Paella and Sangria Masterclass
Learn the secret to traditional paella and sangria with Moda’s Executive Chef Javier Codina and Head Chef Steven Nardo. Javier will showcase cooking skills which he has learnt from his native Barcelona and through his work in some of the finest restaurants in England, Singapore and New Zealand.
Spoil yourself with a lunchtime class on Wednesday October 4 at 11:30 am or indulge in a sunset class from 5:30 pm on Friday October 13.
