Indulge in bubbles and belly-pleasing banquets, alongside beats from 2:30–6:00 pm, best-dressed prizes and live coverage straight from Flemington. For $120 per person enjoy a banquet filled with the likes of scallop crudo, cured ocean trout, spiced lamb ribs and barbecue market fish, or spend an extra $20 per person to add a 400-g black onyx rib fillet MB3 + to your selection of palate-pleasing plates.
