Hosted by Channel Nine’s Jonathan Uptin, Persone’s Melbourne Cup soiree offers an Italian feast stacked with the likes of focaccia, lobster with watermelon salad, lamb shoulder and more. With a three-hour beverage package, start your festivities with a refreshing limoncello spritz before celebrating with the race on the big screen as well as prizes for best dressed, sweeps and raffles. Phoenix
Phoenix is opening the doors to its exclusive dining spaces for race day this year.
