Leif Cocks established The Orangutan Project in 1998 as a result of almost 30 years of working with orangutans. His years in the field have earned him respect within the conservation field and he has been a key player in developing conservation plans for orangutans and influencing positive change for orangutan protection and survival.

Leif has written three books – Orangutans and their battle for survival, Orangutans: My cousins, my friends and Finding Our Humanity. Join Leif as he discusses his life work and books in this special event.
