Meditation and yoga workshops


Come to our weekly yoga and meditation classes to help develop heightened vitality, strength and sensitivity. We will explore the science of yoga and compassion, the biology of empathy, intergrative medicine, embodied cognition and neuroscience during these classes.

Yoga classes help to improve mindfulness, strength, flexibility, performance, confidence, concentration, body image and compassion.

Classes are suitable for 12-26 year olds and all levels of yoga and meditation experience. If you have an injury or medical condition, please advise the teach prior to class. All equipment is provided – just bring yourself, a smile and warm heart.
