Gather your gym buddies, slide on your sneakers and get ready for a morning sweat session – the Medibank Live Better Morning is taking over South Bank parklands on Saturday February 29 for a day full of free workouts, interactive presentations and giveaways.

Start off your morning with a HIIT and Mobility session run by fitness icon, TV personality and creator of The Robards Method, Tim Robards. Tim will then put on his chef hat to showcase his cooking skills and a number of quick and healthy snack options. Practise mindfulness with a meditation session run by Smiling Mind, then put your mediation into motion with a yoga class – where you can practice breathing, balance and flexibility. Cool down with an Aqua class or get moving and grooving with Zumba, both run by qualified instructors from Good Life Health Clubs. Lastly, enjoy interactive presentations run by trained health and wellness gurus to ensure you’re fully equipped to continue your fitness journey and kick some 2020 goals.

This event is part of the Medibank Feel Good Program – a free outdoor fitness series where there’s no registration required! All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle and yoga mat (depending on the class) and get ready to have fun – for free!

7:00–7:45 am – HIIT + Mobility class with Tim Robards – Stanley Street Lawns
7:45–8:00 am – Morning meditation with Smiling Mind – Stanley Street Lawns
8:00–8:30 am – Meet and Greet with Tim Robards – Arbour View Lawns
8:00–8:45 am – Yoga – Stanley Street Lawns
9:00–9:45 am – Healthy Snacking with Tim Robards – Flowstate Green
9:15–10:00 am – Aqua Class – Boat Pool
9:30–10:10 am – Top 5 exercises for people on the go (presentation) – Flowstate
10:15–11:00 am – Zumba – Flowstate
11:00–11:30 am – Stretching 101 (presentation) – Flowstate
