The Medibank Feel Good Program’s Motivation Morning
We all know how it goes – coming into summer it can be so hard to get inspired to get moving, right? Worry no more! The Medibank Feel Good Program’s Motivation Morning has arrived as part of South Bank’s free Medibank Feel Good Program, and it’s all here to lend a helping hand to those who are feeling the struggle to start a fitness journey.
There will be a whole range of activities on throughout the morning, so no matter what you’re vibing there’s bound to be something on your level. The Little Stanley Street Lawns will play host to a yoga class from 8:00–8:45 am, or you can get down to some aqua aerobics at the Boat Pool from 9:30–10:15 am. Feeling adventurous? Keep your eyes peeled for an extra special mystery class from 8:50–9:20 am at the Little Stanley Street Lawns.
As well as all of the fun fitness stuff, there will also be some awesome freebies such as tasty treats and free three-minute massages (yes please!) from 8:00–9:45 am. The Medibank Feel Good Program running currently until December 3, and you can catch more details here.
The Motivation Morning is a totally free, one-off event that’s been tailor-made to get people fit and healthy for summer. Participants are guaranteed a morning of fitness and fun! There’s no need to book – to join in, just head along on the day. Here’s to feelgood summer vibes!
