Medibank Feel Good Program
Get out and enjoy the stunning summer twilights and fresh morning air with the Medibank Feel Good Program of free fitness classes, recommencing on September 30. Take in free classes across a huge range of styles and disciplines – from ballroom dancing and Zumba to aqua aerobics and bootcamp, there’s something for every speed.
All classes run for 45 minutes, are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun! Weekday classes take place at the southern end of the Little Stanley Street Lawns and the Aqua Aerobics class on Saturday is in the Boat Pool (next to Streets Beach).
Bring a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. Some yoga mats are available to borrow, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis.
