Medibank Feel Good Program – Yoga

Medibank’s Feel Good Program is recommencing on Monday October 2. Cure your Mondayitis with Yoga class at 5:45 pm, or end your work week with our Saturday morning class at 8:00 am at South Bank Parklands!

Experience 45 minutes of relaxing yoga, suitable for any fitness level! Work on your balance, flexibility and energy flow. The classes are led by fully qualified instructors and are completely free! Just bring a towel, water bottle and a fitness buddy to the class time that suits you– no need to book a class.
