Medibank Feel Good Program – Yoga Class

Medibank’s Feel Good Program is recommencing on Monday January 28. Cure your Mondayitis with Yoga class at 5:30 pm, or end your work week with our Saturday morning class at 8:00 am at South Bank Parklands!

Experience 45 minutes of relaxing yoga, suitable for any fitness level! Work on your balance, flexibility and energy flow. The classes are led by fully qualified instructors and are completely free! Just bring a towel and water bottle to the class time that suits you – no need to book a class. Helpful hint – arrive early to ensure a good spot.
