Medibank Feel Good Program – Bootcamp Class
Medibank’s Feel Good Program is recommencing on Monday January 28. Make cardio your mid-week peak on Wednesday mornings, with classes at 6:45 am aimed at helping to energise your body and mind with this low impact, high-intensity bootcamp class.
The classes run for 45 minutes and are completely free of charge. Bootcamp classes are held in South Bank’s beautiful parklands on the Little Stanley Street Lawn. Led by fully qualified instructors, classes are suitable for any fitness level. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle and yourself – fitness buddy optional.
