Medibank Feel Good Program
Keen to get active outdoors in a safe and fun environment? Stretch those legs and get ready to get fit as Brisbane’s much-loved free fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, has extended its season at South Bank Parklands until April 9.
Your favourite workouts are back with Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Baby & Me all on the cards! Want to work on your two left feet? Get grooving at Salsa & Samba, or try out the Bollywood and Ballroom dance classes if you feel like dancing. If you’ve got the little ones in tow, you can encourage them to be active and help them build healthy habits at Active Kids, or test your creative skills at Mindful Art, which promotes wellness through painting, drawing and craft. Just remember, pre-booking is required for Mindful Art classes and spaces are limited, so hop on to the Eventbrite links via the Medibank Feel Good Program website to secure your spot.
The best part? All of the workouts are designed to suit all ranges of fitness levels, ranging from low-impact to high-intensity. So if it’s been a while since you’ve last worked out, that’s no problem! All you have to do is remember to bring along a water bottle and towel to each class.
