Medibank Feel Good Program
Stretch those legs and get ready to smash those New Year’s resolutions as Brisbane’s much-loved free fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program is returning to South Bank Parklands (at Rainforest Green and the Piazza) and Brisbane City from Monday January 25 to March 27.
Your favourite workouts are back with Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics, Mum & Bubs all on the cards! Get grooving at new class Latin Fitness, or try out the Bollywood and Ballroom dance classes if you feel like dancing. If you work in the city, make tracks to Queens Gardens after office hours to work your limber legs with Yoga sessions, which are taking place three nights a week.
All classes are run by qualified instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs or certified dance and Yoga trainers, who will deliver 16 free workouts per week, from early morning to evening classes across both central locations. The best part? All of the workouts are designed to suit all ranges of fitness levels, ranging from low-impact to high-intensity. So if it’s been a while since you’ve last worked out, that’s no problem! All you have to do is remember to bring along a water bottle and towel to each class.
In the wise words of Olivia Newton-John, “let’s get physical!”. For more information and to pre-register for free please visit the Medibank Feel Good Program website. Don’t forget to share your experience at #visitsouthbank or #brisbanecity.
